Smartworld Developers has been named Fastest Growing Real Estate Developer of the Year at the Times Realty Awards 2026. The honour reflects the company's expansion across the NCR region over the past 18 months, marked by multiple project launches and significant sales momentum.
Smartworld's momentum remains strong, with Rs. 6,400 crore in sales for FY24-25, a remarkable 60% YoY growth. The company remains debt-free and financially robust, with healthy cash flows fuelling aggressive expansion.
Portfolio Expansion and Branded Collaborations
Smartworld Developers is a new-age real estate company founded in 2021. Over five years, the developer has established a substantial footprint in premium residential segments. It has already established a strong presence in Gurugram, particularly along the high-potential Golf Course Road Extension. Its landmark projects include Smartworld Orchard, Smartworld Gems, Smartworld The Edition, Smartworld Sky Arc, and the latest addition, Trump Residences Gurgaon.
Trump Residences Gurgaon marks Smartworld's first international branded collaboration and, notably, was completely sold out within hours of its launch. Smartworld Developers has awarded a construction contract worth INR 1,000 crore for its landmark ultra-luxury project, Trump Residences Gurgaum, underscoring the scale of the commitment.
Geographic Diversification into Noida
Recent expansion has extended Smartworld's reach beyond Gurugram. The project enjoys a premium position in Noida's emerging branded corridor and offers seamless connectivity to South Delhi, the Noida Golf Course, Amity University, major IT hubs, and other commercial districts. Smartworld is in discussions with a leading global brand for a potential collaboration on the Noida project, aiming to raise the bar for luxury living and bring a never before-seen global premium experience to the Noida market. The Times Realty award is part of a larger recognition cycle for the company. ET Real Estate Awards 2026 recognized Smartworld Sky Arc as a Residential Project in the High-end category, while Realty+ Ultra named Trump Residences Gurgaon as Luxury Branded Residence Of The Year. Additionally, Times Realty Infrastructure Conclave 2025 recognized Smartworld The Edition as a Residential Super-Luxury Project of the Year.
