Smartworld Developers’ Smartworld Manesar is in pre-launch in Sector 9, Manesar, Gurugram. The proposed residential development is described as spanning 20 acres, with five high-rise buildings and a mix of 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The project is positioned within the wider Manesar growth corridor, where NH-48 links the area with Gurugram, Delhi and other parts of the National Capital Region.
