Smartworld Bangalore is the first Bengaluru address from Smartworld Developers, a company that built its reputation in Gurugram before setting its sights on India's other major residential markets. Timing and Infrastructure Context

The Bengaluru Smart Infrastructure Ltd (B.SMILE) has begun preparatory works to upgrade the 22-km Outer Ring Road (ORR) stretch, between Silk Board Junction and Baiyappanahalli, to international standards. This upgrade work is underway as part of the city's broader infrastructure push.

The Peripheral Ring Road Bangalore, an 8-lane access-controlled expressway, targets completion by late 2027, boosting logistics and real estate along its corridor. Once open, stations at Bellandur, Kadubeesanahalli, Marathahalli, Doddanekundi and ISRO will sit right on this road.
